I host workshops and courses on how to effectively manage stress and cultivate resilience through breathing exercises, movement and self-reflection. I also focus on kids and teens courses.
I hold and M.Sc in Psychology in Sport and Exercise and host workshops for teams and coaches.
I am also a certified yoga teacher, meditation instructor and sports masseuse.
