Retreats are tailor made according to one’s requirements.
Being intuitive I can feel into the best approach at the given moment and like to keep a flow to the day that provides space to connect within to feel into the heart and any arising emotions.
Time to connect with nature as it is here that we receive clarity and guidance and time for sessions.
A typical day may have the following flow –
Morning practice yoga & meditation
Tarot reading
Breakfast
Nature walk connecting with a place of power a
Temple / sacred site
Swim ( weather permitting)
Dinner
End the day with sunset
